How I Ended Up In Jail

 I woke up in jail and did not have a clue of how I ended up there. As I regain my bearings and get woken up I notice that there are a few objects in my pockets still. The first thing I pull out of my pocket is my Id. This is strange because I normally keep my Id in my wallet, but I do not have my wallet with me. The next thing I have in my pocket is a paper clip, but it is unfolded and no longer in its' normal shape. Finally I pull out a bottle opener. That's when everything comes back to me. I remember being at the bar, which would explain why I have just my Id and not my wallet. This would also explain why I have a bottle opener still in my pocket, I must have taken it from the bar by accident. I decide to ask what I had done to be arrested because I still do not know why I have an unfolded paper clip. That's when the officer tells me I was arrested for breaking and entering. I asked for the area I was picked up and they told me. That is when I suddenly remember it all. I must have been out drinking at the bar, and when I went to return home, I had accidently broken into the neighbors house with the paper clip but had just thought I forgot my house key.
